Rich and Delicious features menus designed for easy drop off service to your location or off-site meeting.  We handle the ordering process with ease and consistently offer exceptional quality and beautiful presentation.  We know how important it is to make a good impression.

Our food is prepared fresh daily & delivered to your home or office in a professionally & timely manner.  All food is easy to serve, delicious and made with the finest & freshest ingredients.  For more elaborate events we will work with you to design custom menus & provide professional service staff to attend to all your guests needs.

Chef Rich Balogh is a chef in Buffalo, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, who prepares all types of meals from family menus, to nutritional menus to gourmet meals and parties. Chef Rich includes ESPN Radio personalities Colin Cowherd of the Herd and Doug Gottlieb of the Pulse as some of his past clients while living in Connecticut. Chef Rich was reviewed in the June 16, 2006 Wall Street Journal as one of the top Personal Chef’s in the New York City- Metro Area

  Prix Fixe menu - $20.10 per person

Crab Cakes

Poached Pear, Blue Cheese and Hazelnut Salad

Goat Cheese Salad with Caramelized Red onions served with Merlot Dressing with Wine Glazed-Roasted Walnuts

  Choice of one

BBQ Braised Short Ribs served with Yukon gold potato and corn hash

Prosciutto and Walnut-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Roasted Red pepper and champagne cream, served with sautéed cherry tomatoes with garlic and basil

Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin served with Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes and Bacon-Sherry Vinaigrette

Details - Will be delivering between the hours of 4:30 and 8:00 PM Sunday thru Thursday and till 9:00 PM on Friday and Saturday of restaurant week, cash and checks accepted, no credit cards. Will take orders up to 4:00 PM the day of delivery.  Regular menu for Rich & Delicious will not be used this week, only restaurant week menu.
